Indoor and Outdoor Flea Market 
The Flea Market is the 3rd full weekend of every month. 
Open to the public Saturdays 9am-4pm, and Sundays 9am-3pm. 
Free Parking and Admission 
Vendor Information and Rules: 

Early set up is on the Friday before the event from 10am-6pm. 
Early set up Fees are as follows: $10.00 for 1 table, $15.00 for 2 tables and $20.00 for 3 or more tables. 
Pre-Order Electric Fee is $10.00 if available. 
Saturday set up is 6:30am-9am. 
Both days are required (No single days available). 
All rented spots must be paid for prior to the event. 
Indoor rented spots will have tables as well as chairs are provided. 
Outdoor rented spots must provide their own table and chairs. 
Any food products vendors must have a St County Health Department Certificate on file with the office and be preapproved by management. 
All vendors must have a signed contract with Belle-Clair Fairgrounds Park to participate and adhere to all rules. 
There must be an adult of at least the age of 18 years old or older in the booth during the event hours. Having another vendor temporarily watch your booth/table is acceptable. 
Shall be set up and ready to sell at 8:30am on both days.
